1. Scope of Service / طبيعة الخدمة
unknown destination is a mystery travel agency where the final destination remains completely unknown to the client until the designated reveal time at the airport. Itineraries are custom-built based on the client's quiz preferences.
يعتمد مشروعنا على تقديم تجربة سفر غامضة. يتولى مكتبنا اختيار الوجهة وحجز الطيران والفندق بناءً على تفضيلاتك في الاستبيان، دون الكشف عنها إلا في الوقت المحدد في المطار.
2. Absolute Mystery Waiver & No-Refund Clause / بند إخلاء المسؤولية وسياسة عدم الاسترجاع
- 100% Non-Refundable: All bookings (flights, hotels, transfers) are immediate and 100% non-refundable under any circumstances once confirmed.
- لا يوجد استرجاع نقدي: نظراً لطبيعة الحجوزات السياحية الفورية، فإن جميع المبالغ المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد نهائياً بمجرد البدء بالحجز وتأكيده.
- Destination Dissatisfaction Waiver: The client explicitly agrees that Unknown Destination holds absolutely NO financial or legal liability if the client does not like or approve of the final chosen destination.
- إخلاء مسؤولية عن عدم الرضا: يخلي مكتب "وجهة مجهولة" مسؤوليته القانونية والمالية تماماً في حال لم تنل الوجهة إعجاب العميل بعد الكشف عنها، ولا يحق للعميل المطالبة بأي تعويض أو تغيير.
3. Passports & Visas / الجوازات والتأشيرات
The client is 100% responsible for ensuring passport validity (minimum 6 months) and securing required visas. The agency is not liable for any immigration or boarding denials.
العميل مسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن صلاحية جواز السفر (6 أشهر على الأقل) وصحة بيانات التأشيرات المدخلة. لا يتحمل المكتب أي مسؤولية في حال رفض دخول العميل من قبل سلطات المطار.
