سياسة الإلغاء وتعديل الحجوزات
الدخول للمدن الترفيهية
يعتمد دخول المدن الترفيهية (عالم فيراري، ياس ووتروورلد، عالم وارنر براذرز، أو سي وورلد) على نوع العرض المختار عند الحجز؛ سواء كان دخولاً غير محدود لجميع المدن أو زيار ة مدينة واحدة فقط لكل ليلة الإقامة وفقاً لشروط العرض. يجب على الضيوف التسجيل وتسجيل الوصول للحصول على التذاكر، علماً بأن التذاكر شخصية، غير قابلة للتحويل، وغير قابلة للرد.
تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة
يتم تسجيل الوصول الساعة 15:00 (تسجيل الوصول المبكر يخضع للتوافر)، وتسجيل المغادرة الساعة 12:00. يخضع تسجيل المغادرة المتأخر للتوافر وقد تترتب عليه رسوم إضافية.
سياسة الأشخاص الإضافيين
إقامة مجانية لما يصل إلى طفلين تحت سن 12 سنة باستخدام الأسرة المشاركة مع البالغين. يمكن طلب سرير إضافي مسبقاً مقابل رسوم إضافية ويخضع للتوافر. (الاطفال لايشمل لهم الأسره)
سياسة الإلغاء وعدم الحضور
يجب إجراء أي إلغاء أو تعديل قبل 5 أيام على الأقل من تاريخ الوصول بعد ذالك الحجز غير مسترد.
سياسة الاسترداد
في حال الإلغاء، يكون المبلغ غير قابل للاسترداد النقدي. بدلاً من ذلك، سيتم إصدار قسيمة رصيد بنفس قيمة المبلغ لاستخدامها في حجز مستقبلي لنفس الفندق.
فترة سباق الفورمولا 1 او المواسم
الحجوزات خلال هذه الفترة غير قابلة للتعديل أو الاسترداد، وسيتم خصم قيمة الإقامة بالكامل في حال الإلغاء أو عدم الحضور.
التعديلات وتغيير الأسماء
تغيير الأسماء أو التواريخ: يرجى ملاحظة أنه لا يُسمح بتغيير أسماء الضيوف أو تعديل تواريخ الإقامة بعد تأكيد الحجز.
التعديلات الأخرى: تخضع أي تعديلات إضافية (مثل نوع الغرفة، خطة الوجبات، أو عدد الضيوف) لتوفر الغرف وموافقة الفندق الصريحة، وقد تترتب عليها رسوم إضافية.
العروض الترويجية: لا يُسمح بإلغاء الحجز وإعادة الحجز لنفس الفترة باستخدام كود ترويجي مختلف.
الشروط العامة للأداء المالي
المدفوعات المسبقة: جميع أسعار الغرف والرسوم الإضافية غير قابلة للاسترداد ما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك في تأكيد الحجز.
الخدمات غير المستخدمة: لا يتم منح أي مبالغ مستردة مقابل الوجبات أو الخدمات التي لم يتم استهلاكها أو استخدامها من قبل الضيف.
الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بحافلات التنقل المجانية
طبيعة الخدمة: جميع خدمات النقل والمواصلات بالحافلات داخل/خارج أو من/إلى جزيرة ياس هي خدمات إضافية مجانية بالكامل مقدمة بشكل مباشر ومستقل من إدارة جزيرة ياس، ولا تدخل إطلاقاً في تقييم أو حساب سعر الباقة المباعة.
إخلاء المسؤولية والتعويض: نظراً لأن هذه الخدمة مجانية وقاطعة، فإن مكتبنا لا يتحمل أي مسؤولية قانونية أو مالية، ولا يلتزم بتقديم أي تعويضات أو استرداد نقدي في حال تم إيقاف الخدمة، أو تعديل مواعيدها، أو إلغاؤها من قبل إدارة جزيرة ياس لأي سبب كان.
عدم يحقية الشكوى: يحظر على العميل المطالبة بأي تعويض أو الإدعاء بنقص في خدمات الباقة المدفوعة عند إيقاف أو تعديل خدمة الحافلات المجانية، حيث إن القيمة المدفوعة للباقة تغطي فقط الخدمات الأساسية المحددة فيها دون إضافة أي رسوم على وسائل النقل المجانية.
أهلية العرض
العروض والأسعار الموضحة مخصصة للزوار الدوليين فقط ولا تسري على مواطني أو مقيمي دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ويتحمل العميل المسجل المسؤولية عن تقديم بيانات صحيحة عند الحجز.
إغلاق المرافق والمدن الترفيهية
لا يتحمل المكتب أو الفندق أي مسؤولية قانونية أو مالية في حال إغلاق أي مدينة ترفيهية أو لعبة بشكل جزئي أو كلي لأسباب تتعلق بالصيانة، الأحوال الجوية، أو سياسات التشغيل الخاصة (مثل أيام السيدات)، ولا يحق للعميل المطالبة بأي خصم أو تعويض.
انتهاء صلاحية التذاكر الغير مستخدمة
يجب استخدام جميع تذاكر المدن الترفيهية خلال أيام الإقامة الفعالة حصراً، وتعتبر التذاكر ملغاة ولا قيمة لها بمجرد اتخاذ إجراءات المغادرة دون أي حق للمطالبة بالبدل أو الاسترداد.
أولوية الدخول والسعة الاستيعابية
تخضع جميع المدن الترفيهية لقواعد السعة الاستيعابية وتكون أولوية الدخول لأسبقية الحضور ، ولا يتحمل المكتب مسؤولية عدم تمكن الضيف من الدخول في حال اكتمال الطاقة الاستيعابية للمدينة.
المقتنيات الشخصية
لا يتحمل المكتب أو إدارة الفندق أو المرافق الترفيهية أي مسؤولية عن فقدان أو تلف الأغراض والممتلكات الشخصية للضيوف، وتكون متواجدة داخل المرافق والحافلات على مسؤولية الضيف الخاصة بالكامل.
المغادرة المبكرة
تطبق رسوم المغادرة المبكرة كإلغاء كامل للثمن المتبقي، ولا يحق للعميل المطالبة باسترداد قيمة الليالي أو التذاكر غير المستخدمة.
Cancellation and Reservation Modification Policy
Theme Park Access
Access to the theme parks (Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World, or SeaWorld) depends on the selected offer at the time of booking, whether it includes unlimited access to all parks or access to one park per night of stay according to the offer terms. Guests must be registered and checked in to receive tickets, which are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at 15:00 (early check-in is subject to availability), and Check-out is at 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.
Extra Person Policy
Up to 2 children under 12 years old stay free using existing bedding shared with adults. Extra beds are not included for children, but an extra bed can be requested in advance for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Cancellation & No-Show Policies
Any cancellation or modification must be made at least 5 days prior to arrival; after that, the booking becomes non-refundable.
Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation, the amount is non-refundable in cash. Instead, a credit voucher for the same amount will be issued to be used for a future booking at the same hotel.
Formula 1 Period & Peak Seasons
Reservations during these periods are non-modifiable and non-refundable. The full stay duration will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.
Modifications & Name Changes
- Name or Date Changes: Please note that changing guest names or modifying stay dates is not permitted after booking confirmation.
- Other Modifications: Any additional modifications (such as room type, meal plan, or number of guests) are subject to room availability, explicit hotel approval, and may incur extra charges.
Promotional Offers
Cancellations and re-bookings for the same period using a different promo code are not permitted.
General Financial Terms
- Advance Payments: All room rates and additional charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
- Unused Services: No refunds will be granted for meals or services that were not consumed or used by the guest.
Terms & Conditions Regarding Free Shuttle Service
- Service Nature: All bus transportation services in or around Yas Island are 100% complimentary provided directly by Yas Island management. This service is entirely separate and excluded from the calculation or valuation of the package price.
- Disclaimer & Compensation: As this is a strictly zero-cost complimentary service, our agency bears no legal or financial liability, nor provides any compensation or refunds, if the service is suspended, modified, or canceled by Yas Island management for any reason.
- Non-Eligibility for Claims: Customers are strictly not entitled to file complaints or claim incomplete package delivery in the event of service interruption. The package price solely covers the core paid services explicitly outlined in your booking, with no fees attributed to the free shuttle.
Offer Eligibility
The packages and promotional rates listed are exclusively valid for international tourists and do not apply to UAE nationals or UAE residents. Customers bear full responsibility for providing accurate residency information upon booking.
Facility Closures & Maintenance
Our agency and the hotel bear no legal or financial liability in the event of partial or full closures of any theme park or ride due to maintenance, weather conditions, or specific operational policies (such as Ladies-Only days). Such closures do not entitle the customer to any discounts, refunds, or compensation.
Expiry of Unused Tickets
All theme park admission tickets must be utilized strictly during the confirmed stay period. Any unused tickets will automatically expire upon check-out and cannot be extended, refunded, or exchanged for monetary value.
Capacity & Entry Priority
All Theme Parks operate under maximum capacity restrictions, and admission is strictly on a First-Come, First-Served basis. Our agency is not liable if a guest is denied entry due to a park reaching full capacity.
Personal Belongings Liability
Neither the agency, hotel, nor leisure facilities bear any responsibility or liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. All personal items brought into the parks or shuttles are at the guest's own risk.
Early Departure
Early departures will incur full cancellation charges for the remainder of the booking. Unused nights and park tickets resulting from early check-outs are completely non-refundable.
